My February in a nutshell (2021)

March 2, 2021February 25, 2021 Jess @ beyondthefrontcover3 Comments

Well, I said that January had gone by quickly, but that was nothing compared to February. I feel like I blinked and it was over! It was a great month overall though, it's always jam packed because there is Valentine's Day, Pancake Day, and my birthday; so lots going on. Keep reading to find out… Continue reading My February in a nutshell (2021)

It's so weird writing 2021 in the title! Today I'm sharing with you my first wrap-up of the year, I know that most people say that January drags but for me it went by really quickly! It wasn't a jam-packed month (because, you know, lockdown) but I still have some highs and lows to share… Continue reading My January in a nutshell (2021)

January 5, 2021February 3, 2021 Jess @ beyondthefrontcover16 Comments

So, here it is, my final 'in a nutshell' post for 2020. I've seen a lot of people echo the sentiment of how pleased they are to see the back of 2020, and whilst I do agree with that statement, I must admit I don't feel as though 2021 is quite the fresh start that… Continue reading My December in a nutshell (2020)

My November in a nutshell (2020)

December 3, 2020December 3, 2020 Jess @ beyondthefrontcover17 Comments

So, December is now underway?! I must admit I'm more than a little happy about this, I can't wait to see the back of this year! I'm trying to get into the festive spirit (which is a lot easier to do with a little one in the house) and really end this year on a… Continue reading My November in a nutshell (2020)

The latest additions to my bookshelf, so excited to read these 😁
Tonight on the blog I've compiled a list of all the books published the year that I was born (1990) that I want to read. The post is in honour of my birthday tomorrow 🥳

The sun was out today and it made me realise how much I'm looking forward to the spring/summer months. This winter has felt like a long one!
New blog post up this evening 😊
Thought I'd grab some red books for a picture in honour of Valentine's Day, turns out it's slim pickings for red on my shelves! I think I'm cutting it fine with a couple of the choices here, there's definitely more than a hint of burgundy rather than red but oh well, I tried 😅
